Mercantive Platform Fee
We keep it simple—there are no monthly fees, and you only pay when you make a sale. Mercantive takes an 8% fee on each transaction. This fee covers the essentials that help you grow your business. Please note, this fee does not include the following:

Mercantive Video Streaming Fee
For sellers offering video content, such as online courses, we provide a robust streaming service to ensure your content is delivered seamlessly to your customers. For this premium service, an additional 4% fee is applied to transactions involving video streaming.
Payment Processing Fees
Our payment processing is handled through Stripe, ensuring secure and reliable transactions. The fees for payment processing are:
2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge for domestic cards
1.5% for international cards
1% if currency conversion is required
These fees are automatically deducted from each transaction, keeping the process straightforward for you.
Payout Fees
To ensure you receive your earnings securely, a small fee is applied for each payout:
0.5% + $2.50 per payout for bank accounts in the US
2.5% + $2.50 per payout for bank accounts outside the US
