At Mercantive, we believe in a partnership where our success is tied to yours. We only earn when you do, and we’re committed to keeping our fees as fair as possible while providing you with the highest quality service.
Mercantive Platform Fee
We keep it simple—there are no monthly fees, and you only pay when you make a sale. During our closed beta phase, Mercantive will take only a 5% fee on each transaction. This fee covers all the essentials you need to grow your business.
Mercantive Video Streaming Fee
For sellers offering video content, such as online courses, we provide a robust streaming service to ensure your content is delivered seamlessly to your customers. For this premium service, an additional 4% fee is applied to transactions involving video streaming.
Payment Processing Fees
Our payment processing is handled through Stripe, ensuring secure and reliable transactions. The fees for payment processing are:
  • 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge for domestic cards
  • 1.5% for international cards
  • 1% if currency conversion is required
These fees are automatically deducted from each transaction, keeping the process straightforward for you.
Payout Fees
To ensure you receive your earnings securely, a small fee is applied for each payout:
  • 0.5% + $2.50 per payout for bank accounts in the US
  • 2.5% + $2.50 per payout for bank accounts outside the US
These fees cover the processing and conversion costs involved in transferring your funds. We’re committed to transparency, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect when receiving your payouts.
